I conduct user research to understand the user and help to identify target users, their needs, goals, and pain points. Work on competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

I define the problem statement after the understanding the users. I develop user personas, user stories, Information Architecture etc. This is also the time when I start to think about what features the design should have.

it's time to start sketching out some ideas for how users will interact with my interface. This is where I start to think about things like the overall layout, navigation, and specific elements on each page by keeping users in mind.
